In her corporate HR roles, she led initiatives impacting recruitment, onboarding, retention, offboarding, and employee relations for complex organizations. She directed transformational projects, including a large-scale core system conversion that achieved a 98% retention rate during the transition, and developed comprehensive onboarding programs, succession planning frameworks, and leadership pipelines that enhanced internal promotions and workforce effectiveness. Her efforts earned recognition, including Training Magazine's Outstanding Training Initiatives and multiple Top 125 International Training Awards. 

Additionally, MeChelle has expertise in leading employee relations programs, conducting compliant workplace investigations, and managing sensitive offboarding processes. She implemented leadership development frameworks, evaluation programs, and proactive employee relations solutions to reduce litigation risk. With a collaborative and analytical approach, MeChelle consistently drives improved organizational performance by aligning HR initiatives to foster sustainable growth and operational excellence.
