A dynamic speaker, she has presented at SHRM, ATD, HR Indiana SHRM, and more. She holds an MBA and certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP). Beyond her professional work, MeChelle co-founded the PFLAG Hendricks County Chapter and serves on the board of the Peace Learning Center.
